DISINFECTANT
Cleaning and Disinfecting Services
We use EPA approved cleaning and disinfectant products - Mediclean and Mark 11. These products strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and IICRC standards. We use their suggested methods to prepare and apply cleaning and disinfecting products to all surfaces. Our cleaning technicians will wear full PPE gear at all times during this process.
The Two-Pass System for Routine Cleaning and Disinfecting:
SPRAY AND WIPE METHOD
-
FIRST PASS
-
Our cleaning technician will spray and wipe surfaces and touchpoints (such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks) with a detergent cleaner to removes germs and dirt from surfaces. We will then vacuum/mop the floors.
-
-
SECOND PASS
-
Our cleaning technician will spray cleaning cloth with disinfectant and wipe down surfaces and touchpoints. The solution will remain wet for 10 minutes and will be left to dry. This will kill any remaining germs and viruses on the surface after cleaning, which will also further lower the risk of spreading an infection.

ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYER METHOD
-
FIRST PASS
-
Our cleaning technician will spray and wipe surfaces and touchpoints (such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks) with a detergent cleaner to remove germs and dirt from the surfaces. We will then vacuum/mop the floors.
-
-
SECOND PASS
-
Our cleaner will use the electrostatic sprayer to apply disinfectant to surfaces and touchpoints. The solution will remain wet for 5-10 minutes and will be left to dry. This will kill germs on the surface after cleaning, and will further lower the risk of spreading infection.
